Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and authority to provide them. Customers must identify any confidential, proprietary or restricted information before submission.

We may rely on the information supplied by the customer when assessing feasibility and preparing a quotation. Any technical review, recommendation or sample approval should be considered together with the final written specifications and acceptance requirements stated in the applicable order documents.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, technical documents supplied by a customer remain the customer's property. We may retain and use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, manufacture, inspect, pack and deliver the relevant order.

For a specific order, the governing law, dispute resolution process, jurisdiction, trade terms, payment terms, delivery conditions and other contractual provisions will be those stated in the applicable quotation, PI or sales contract, subject to mandatory applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
